Ukrainians in Poland can apply for a registration number of the taxpayer's accounting card (RNOCPP) at the Vice-Consulate of Ukraine in Rzeszów. There is no need to register in advance in an electronic queue to submit documents. This is reported by InPoland.
Applications are accepted from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 16:00. The issuance of the taxpayer card is carried out through the 'e-Consul' system.
Who can apply for RNOCPP in Poland
The service is available to Ukrainian citizens of any age who are abroad. A number can also be obtained for a child under 18 at the request of one of the parents.
Children aged 14 and older who have a valid internal passport in the form of a booklet, ID card, or foreign passport must submit their application in person through the Ukrainian embassy or consulate.
Legal representatives can submit an application online through their own electronic cabinet in the 'e-Consul' system or personally visit the nearest Ukrainian diplomatic institution. If a representative submits documents, their powers must be confirmed by a notarized power of attorney.
How to apply for a tax number for a child
Documents for minors can also be submitted by guardians, caregivers, foster parents, caretakers of family-type children's homes, and patronage educators.
This right is granted to the leaders of relevant institutional establishments and authorized staff. In this case, a document confirming the relevant powers must be provided.
RNOCPP, often referred to as an identification or tax number, is used in Ukraine for tax accounting and is necessary for obtaining many state, banking, and notarial services.
Recall that abroad, Ukrainian men have simplified access to services at consulates.
