Claiming the One-Time Financial Assistance for Independence Day
Ukrainians granted the right to receive a one-time monetary benefit before August 24th but who have not yet received their payment can still submit an application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. This provision was established by Resolution No. 1396, dated December 27, 2023, aimed at supporting war veterans, individuals with notable labor achievements for the country, and those working under special conditions.
Application Methods
To access this financial aid, applicants can choose from three submission options:
- In person at a Pension Fund service center or at a local Administrative Services Center (CNAP) based on their residence.
- By mailing the application to the address of the territorial office of the Pension Fund.
- Online via the Pension Fund’s electronic services portal, requiring a qualified electronic signature for authentication.
