The first step is to secure an internet connection. Next, open your banking app, such as Privat24, Oschadbank, or Monobank. If using mobile data in roaming is not an option, journalist Iryna Poliakova from the publication 'Na Pensii' advises the following:
- Find a nearby cafe, hotel, or shopping mall with free Wi-Fi;
- Use chat bots in Viber or Telegram for the procedure;
- Utilize free internet calls within the PrivatBank and Monobank apps.
For identification when contacting an operator, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, passport series and number, identification code, and answer a security question. As Iryna Poliakova noted,
