The Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive 3 million FPV drones this year, which is nearly 2.5 times more than last year. The majority of the unmanned aerial vehicles are already in the military arsenal and are manufactured in Ukraine. This year, nearly 15,000 ground robotic systems have also been delivered to military units to perform various tasks from logistics to combat operations.
«The role of unmanned systems on the battlefield is increasing, and therefore, the production of innovative tools for warfare is our number one priority,» emphasized the Minister of Defense.
In addition, Ukraine will be provided with next-generation air defense systems from France, which, after deployment, will become the most powerful among the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The first deliveries are scheduled for 2026.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to enhance their technical capabilities and receive new unmanned systems and equipment to strengthen the country's defense capabilities.
