Forward Tetyana Yurkevichus has signed a contract with Israeli club 'Hapoel' Beer Sheva for the upcoming season. This information was announced by the Basketball Federation of Ukraine.
During the last two seasons, Tetyana played in Italy for the team 'Brixia', where she showed solid performance, averaging around 6.3 points, 12.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.
This year, Tetyana also participated in the selection process for the upcoming European Championship 3x3 in Copenhagen, and will continue to play for the Ukrainian national team 5x5 in matches against Montenegro, Bulgaria, and Azerbaijan this November.
Last but not least, the Ukrainian men's basketball team demonstrated its strength by defeating Slovakia and advancing to the next round of the 2027 World Cup qualifiers with a score of 98:86.
