Russian Casualties and Drone Strike Effectiveness
Since the beginning of 2026, 193,500 Russian military personnel have been killed or severely wounded. Units operating unmanned systems within Ukraine’s Defense Forces have successfully struck more than 1 million confirmed hostile targets. Drones now account for roughly 90% of all enemy engagements.
Drone operators were especially active in June, when over 200,000 targets were recorded as hit.
