On the first day of the competition, Ukrainian tennis players showcased confident play, securing three victories.

- Yulia Starodubtseva also confidently defeated her opponent — Despina Papamichail — with a score of 6:1, 6:2.
- Darya Snigur advanced to the next round due to her opponent Carson Brenstein's withdrawal, winning 6:4, 4:2.
Men's qualifying results
Unfortunately, the men's qualifying ended in disappointment for Vitalii Sachko, who lost to Liam Draxl with a score of 3:6, 7:5, 6:7(7). Thus, Ukrainian tennis players finished the qualification without success, while the tennis players continue their struggle for a place in the finals.
