Ukraine's Junior Squad at the World Championships

The best individual performances included Polina Dzerozhynska's fifth-place hammer throw with a personal best of 67.01 meters, and Anhelina Shepel's fifth-place shot put at 16.42 meters. Adam Bilokon took sixth in the long jump with 7.77 meters (PB), while Yaroslav Lystopad finished sixth in the discus with 62.74 meters (PB). Veronika Tkachuk placed eighth in the 5000 meters, crossing the line in 22:25.38 (PB).
