Ukraine's Last School Bell Celebration
On May 29, most schools across Ukraine held the traditional Last Bell ceremony, marking the end of the academic year. “Today is a special day for my daughter Valeria – the school bell rang for her for the last time. And I am seeing my child off to adulthood for the second time. Five years ago, my son Dania finished school. Back then, Valeria was in sixth grade, and today she herself is saying goodbye to her school years,”he noted in his post.
