WTA and ATP Rankings See Major Shifts

The latest WTA and ATP rankings have been significantly reshuffled following last week's tournaments, highlighted by a historic all-Ukrainian WTA final in Rouen. The final featured two 19-year-old Ukrainian players, Marta Kostyuk and Veronika Podrez. Marta Kostyuk secured victory with a score of 6:3, 6:4, claiming her second career title. Veronika Podrez, who reached the final after Romanian player Sorana Cirstea withdrew due to a leg injury, soared 62 places in the WTA rankings and now holds the 147th position. Ukrainian Players Post Strong Results

Following the Rouen tournament, Marta Kostyuk climbed five spots to reach a career-high world No. 23 in the WTA rankings.
