Зміна тарифів на передачу електроенергії від Укренерго у 2026 році: які нові ціни очікують споживачів.

Increase in electricity tariffs in 2026

The National Commission for State Regulation in the fields of Energy and Utilities has decided to implement a two-stage increase in tariffs for NEK 'Ukrenergo' for electricity transmission services, which will occur in 2026. The first tariff increase will take effect on January 1, 2026, when the tariff for electricity transmission will rise by 4% to UAH 713.68 per MWh. The dispatch management tariff will also increase by 11.2% to UAH 110.03 per MWh.

Changes in tariffs

As of April 1, 2026, the electricity transmission tariff will reach UAH 742.91 per MWh. At the same time, the tariff component for special obligations will increase from UAH 358.25 per MWh to UAH 360.34 per MWh. Starting January 1, 2026, a separate tariff for 'green' metallurgy enterprises will be UAH 427.14 per MWh, but by April 1 it will decrease to UAH 378.49 per MWh.

For household consumers, the single tariff for electricity will remain at UAH 4.32 per kWh. Consumers who use dual-zone accounting will be able to take advantage of a night tariff, which will be UAH 2.16 per kWh during the night (from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with a 50% discount. During the day (from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM), the full basic tariff of UAH 4.32 per kWh will apply. The cost of installing a dual-zone meter in DTEK Kyiv Electric Networks starts from UAH 4000.

Thus, in 2026, consumers will face significant changes in electricity tariffs that may affect their expenses.

The increase in electricity tariffs approved by the National Commission indicates an adaptation of the energy sector to new economic conditions. This may be a reaction to changes in production and electricity supply costs, as well as new investment needs in infrastructure.

Consumers should be prepared for changes in electricity expenses, which may affect their budgets, especially amid economic instability.
