Release of a new Ukrposhta stamp
Ukrposhta has released the third stamp dedicated to Christmas, with a ceremonial cancellation on December 24 in Kyiv. The event took place at St. Sophia Cathedral, where philately enthusiasts had the opportunity to get acquainted with the new stamp.
The stamp was designed by Anton Lohov, and its title is '390 Thousand Christmas Angels'. This release is the last for Ukrposhta in 2025.
I sincerely thank our entire philatelic team for this busy and inspiring year!
Igor Smilyansky, CEO of Ukrposhta
The importance of Christmas traditions
The release of the new stamp emphasizes the importance of Christmas traditions in Ukrainian society and demonstrates Ukrposhta's activity in the development of philately. Interestingly, the new stamp is a kind of summary of the company's work in 2025, which indicates stability and creativity in the face of modern challenges.
- Reduced working hours at the end of the year.
- Preparation for the holidays.
- Optimization of processes within the company.
It is also worth noting that on December 31, 2025, Ukrposhta will operate in a reduced mode.
