Let us remind you that due to scandals and problems with ticket purchases for popular routes, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' has intensified document checks when boarding trains. Since July 25, checks have been conducted on more than 300 trains, where over 41.6 thousand documents were verified. Most stations and trains provided clean reports, but several dozen people were not allowed to board the trains.
Earlier, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' reported a change in the format of test identity verification when purchasing tickets through the company's app. Starting August 1, verification using Diia.Signature is implemented only for three trains, instead of a larger number as previously planned. In particular, verification is mandatory for purchasing or returning tickets for internal routes №29/30 Kyiv – Uzhhorod, №12 Lviv – Odesa and №27/28 Kyiv – Chop.
