New Features from Ukrainian Railways
Additionally, on May 12, Ukrainian Railways launched ticket sales for suburban trains through its mobile app across all of Ukraine. The company also updated its ticket refund policy with a progressive scale. These changes, combined with a dynamic pricing system introduced on April 25, aim to improve passenger service and streamline the ticket purchasing process.
