Universities in frontline regions will receive additional funding

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is preparing to allocate 300 million hryvnias to support universities in frontline regions. According to Deputy Minister Mykhailo Vynnytskyi, this initiative is important as universities on the front line are under special pressure and demonstrate the courage and resilience of the Ukrainian people. The new funds will be allocated by reallocating from local budgets, thus contributing to the stable operation of educational institutions in difficult wartime conditions.

Thus, the Ukrainian government plans to provide financial support to universities located in Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions, which will allow for the continuation of quality education for youth even in challenging conditions.
