On the night of July 10, the Russians attacked Ukraine with 415 air attack means. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russia struck Ukraine with 397 strike drones of the Shahed type and various types of imitation drones. It also launched eight Iskander-M ballistic missiles, six Kh-101 cruise missiles, and four S-300 guided anti-aircraft missiles. The main direction of the night strike was the city of Kyiv.
- 164 enemy Shahed-type drones;
- eight Iskander-M ballistic missiles;
- six Kh-101 cruise missiles.
In addition, 204 drones/missiles were locally lost/suppressed by electronic warfare. There were recorded hits of enemy air attack means in eight locations (33 strike drones), as well as falling down of shot down ones – in 23 locations.
Attack on Kyiv region and consequences
On the night of July 10, 2025, the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv suffered significant damage as a result of another large-scale combined attack. The head of the Shevchenkivskyi District State Administration of Kyiv reported that civilian infrastructure was hit, including residential buildings, and there are casualties.
Moreover, the massive night attack of the enemy on Kyiv region lasted nearly 10 hours, during which the occupiers used strike drones and missiles against civilian settlements. The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk reported on the consequences of the shelling, writes 'Glavkom'. According to him, there was one casualty as a result of the attack. In the Obukhiv district, a 51-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in a local hospital.
The Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced a massive attack by Russia on Ukraine, highlighting the scale of enemy strikes in various regions. As a result of the attack on Kyiv region, emergency security measures were introduced, and the civilian population suffered significant losses and damage. This aggressive activity by Russia once again emphasizes the necessity of an international response and support to ensure peace in Ukraine.
