Popsa! Today, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized certain articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses related to road safety as constitutional. Following the review of the case, the Court made a corresponding decision that will allow for better regulation of order on the streets and response to violations.
In particular, the adopted norm provides for responsibility for violations on the road, such as exceeding the dimensions of large vehicles. The Court also closed proceedings in a case that was unrelated to the essence of the review.
