The government of Ukraine has made significant changes to the rules for reserving military conscripts, expanding this possibility for critically important enterprises in frontline areas and the defense sector. Now, 100% of military conscript employees at such enterprises can be granted reservation, and the list of zones where this is possible will be approved by the relevant agency.
According to estimates from the Ministry of Economy, these changes will save over 2 billion hryvnias annually due to the preservation of production capacities and stable tax revenues. The reservation procedure remains unchanged - through the 'Diia' portal, but now enterprises have the ability to independently generate lists for reservation.
These innovations will contribute to stability and uninterrupted functioning of enterprises in the conflict zone, preservation of jobs, and overall enhance the country's defense capability.
