Core Pillars of the National Housing Policy Strategy
The key directions of the National Housing Policy Strategy were presented at a meeting of the Steering Committee of an interagency working group. This foundational document for housing reform must be prepared within the next six months, as mandated by law. Its development is being handled by six specialized subgroups, each focused on distinct aspects of housing policy.
Primary Focus Areas of the Strategy
The strategy's main areas of focus will address the following issues:
- Affordable and social housing,
- Housing provision mechanisms,
- Housing stock management,
- Housing restoration and the right to housing,
- Financial instruments.
Our task is to create a new model of housing policy that will ensure the development of social and affordable housing, the formation of a civilized rental market, the development of effective financial instruments, quality management of the housing stock, and the creation of predictable conditions for investment in housing construction.
