Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has approved a resolution to embed artificial intelligence (AI) into the national web platform for administrative service centers, known as the Diia Centers Platform. The primary goal of this decision is to automate routine processes, making it significantly easier for citizens to access administrative services. This information was reported by Glavcom, citing Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation (Mintsyfry).

By incorporating AI, the system will automate the retrieval of information from laws, decrees, and regulations.
