The Government of Ukraine plans to complete the creation of the digital ecosystem 'e-Military Recruitment Center' by December 2025. The main goal of this project is to reduce the load on the territorial recruitment centers and to transfer the main services in the field of mandatory military service to an online format. This was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' referring to the Government Action Program.
System 'e-Military Recruitment Center'
According to the plan, by the end of 2025, new services will be implemented within the application 'Reserve+' and other systems. These innovations will reduce the load on the territorial recruitment centers by 15% by decreasing the number of visitors each month.
Digitalization of the Military Medical Commission
The government also plans to launch the second phase of digitalization of the Military Medical Commission (MMC). The medical information system will be expanded to the level of pilot brigades, allowing military personnel to utilize MMC services in an online format.
'Army+' for Military Personnel
By the end of 2025, the application 'Army+' will become an indispensable assistant for military personnel. New services will be added, such as the ability to leave feedback on a limited number of supply items, receive documents within the application, a notification center, and four new services in the 'Benefits' section.
