Extension of the National Cashback Spending Period
The Ukrainian government has pushed back the deadline for using National Cashback funds to July 31, 2026. Starting July 3 of this year, Ukrainians will begin receiving cashback for April, which will also include fuel cashback that was in effect from March 20 to May 31. The Ministry of Economy has prepared a draft decision to extend the spending period for program funds.
Any unused funds after July 31, 2026, will be returned to the state budget. Cashback for May, June, and subsequent months can be used until the end of the month in which martial law is lifted or canceled, but no later than April 30, 2028.
