This decision involves amendments to the procedure for reserving conscripted workers during the ongoing mobilization and martial law period. Specifically, the government has refined its approach to classifying enterprises as critically important. Domestic producers of energy transformer equipment can now qualify for this vital status by meeting two or more established criteria, rather than a more restrictive set of requirements.
