Simplifying the employee booking mechanism in Ukraine
The government of Ukraine has simplified the mechanism for booking employees for critically important enterprises and the defense industry. On December 8, the Cabinet of Ministers approved changes that involve the cancellation of the 72-hour verification period for employee lists, as well as the introduction of the ability to book for 45 calendar days.
These innovations aim to expedite the decision-making process, allowing for the prompt protection of personnel and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of enterprises. The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture noted that decisions will now be made faster, which will positively impact the functioning of important sectors of the economy.

Vitaliy Kindrativ commented on these changes, noting that the rapid decision-making, elimination of unnecessary delays, and the ability to book for the time required to rectify violations are what the business expected.
