Creation of an electronic database of manufacturers and suppliers
The government of Ukraine has approved the creation of an electronic database of manufacturers and suppliers of defense-purpose goods, aimed at ensuring transparency in defense procurement. This initiative is an important step towards improving control over processes related to defense spending and supplies.
In particular, as part of this initiative, the digital Register of Arms Dealers will be updated. Ukrainian Defense Minister Denis Shmyhal noted that
