Ukraine’s Government Unveils New Measures to Deregulate the Construction Sector
Ukraine’s government has adopted fresh decisions aimed at deregulating the construction industry, designed to streamline regulations and speed up the country’s reconstruction. Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko outlined key changes spanning three main areas: procurement, pricing, and construction near aerodrome zones.

The Ministry of Communities and Territories Development and the Ministry of Justice are working on a draft law that will establish clear timelines for appealing construction-related decisions.
“The government continues deregulation in other sectors. The state’s task is to make life easier for businesses and create conditions for the country’s rapid reconstruction,” stated Yuliia Svyrydenko.
