Call for Investment Project Proposals

The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine has issued a call for investment project proposals to be showcased at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2026), scheduled for June 25-26, 2026, in Gdańsk, Poland. The submission deadline is April 30, 2026. Selected projects will be featured in the conference's official catalog and made available in an online database on the investportalua.com portal.

This initiative is supported by the Kyiv School of Economics. The Ministry specifies that each project must require a minimum investment of one million US dollars. Key selection criteria are economic viability and commercial attractiveness, with priority given to the most developed and implementation-ready proposals, particularly those in designated priority sectors.

Priority Sectors for Investment

The government is particularly seeking proposals in the following priority sectors:

  • Energy
  • Agribusiness
  • Transportation
  • Critical Materials
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • All types of processing and manufacturing
  • Defense Industry

For consultation regarding the project selection process, interested parties can contact recovery@kse.org.ua.

Through this effort, the Ministry aims to attract capital that will support Ukraine's economic recovery and development amidst ongoing challenges. This conference is part of a broader international effort to mobilize support for Ukraine's reconstruction.

This call for proposals underscores Ukraine's proactive drive to secure international investment, which is crucial for the nation's post-conflict recovery and long-term economic resilience.

The Gdańsk conference is designed to serve as a premier platform for presenting Ukraine's most promising projects, potentially stimulating significant investor interest. It highlights a strategic focus on sectors deemed essential for sustainable growth and stability in the face of global and regional pressures.
