The electronic queue in TCC becomes permanent: what will change for those liable for military service

The government has decided to regulate the use of the electronic queue in territorial recruitment and social support centers. According to Defense Minister Denis Shmyhal, starting from May 2024, the electronic queue will become a permanent service for those liable for military service, military personnel, and their families.



'The implementation of our key priorities: human-centeredness, digitalization of processes, free interaction between the state and citizens, convenient services. We are eliminating 'live' queues at recruitment centers, enhancing security, speeding up and streamlining the procedures for accepting citizens.'


The Minister also noted that the Ministry of Defense is actively working on transferring as many services as possible to a digital format, creating an ecosystem of electronic TCC for online functioning. This process is planned to be completed by December 2025 with the aim of reducing the burden on territorial recruitment centers and transferring key services to an electronic format.



Pay the fine for violations of military accounting


In addition, the 'Reserve+' application already offers the service of paying fines for violations of military accounting. Initially, it only concerned fines for data errors, but now it is possible to pay fines for any violation, such as failing to comply with a military summons.



The government has regulated the use of the electronic queue in territorial centers for military purposes, which will facilitate procedures and improve services for those liable for military service and military personnel. The ability to pay fines for violations of military accounting through the 'Reserve+' application has also been introduced.
