President Hears Report on Resilience Plan Implementation
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has received a report on the progress of regional and municipal resilience plans, with 368 projects currently underway. In a major funding push, the Cabinet of Ministers has allocated over 22 billion hryvnias to safeguard critical infrastructure and strengthen community defenses. During the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Uzhhorod, discussions focused on winter readiness. He expressed particular concern about the pace of work in the Lviv, Volyn, and Odesa regions, as well as in the capital, Kyiv.
