Announcement of National Cashback Payments
The Government of Ukraine announced the payment of the National Cashback for October and November 2025. The total amount of payments will be 1.074 billion hryvnias. In particular, the payment for October 2025 will amount to 550.29 million hryvnias, while for November it will be 524.02 million hryvnias.
Since the implementation of the program in 2024, the total amount of payments has reached 6 billion hryvnias. It is important to note that the payment for December 2025 is scheduled for February 2026. More than 4 million active users of the program will have the opportunity to receive cashback.
Using Cashback
Cashback can be used to pay for:
- utility services;
- postal services;
- food products of Ukrainian production;
- medicines and medical devices;
- books and other printed products;
- charity.
The National Cashback is an important initiative of the government that contributes to supporting the economy and improving the well-being of the population. Thanks to the program, Ukrainians have the opportunity to save on basic needs, which is especially relevant in the context of modern economic challenges. The payments planned for October and November 2025 will continue to support those who actively use the program and will stimulate the consumption of domestically produced goods and services.
