The government of Ukraine has decided to unload its assets and put them up for auction, including IDS Ukraine, a well-known producer of mineral waters 'Morshynska' and 'Mirgorodska'. This means that the state will transfer the management of corporate rights that cover the entire production cycle - from water extraction to the delivery of finished products.
According to the auction conditions, the profit from the activities of IDS Ukraine will go to the State Budget, except for the manager's remuneration. Monthly revenues are expected to be at least 24 million UAH.
Conducting Auctions
Currently, a collection of tender proposals has begun, which will last until December 12, 2025. The auction will take place in December 2025 on the Prozorro platform. The company's assets have been arrested since 2022 due to their ownership by Russian oligarch Friedman, who is under sanctions from several countries, including Ukraine.
The government decided to sell IDS Ukraine's assets at auction to raise funds for the budget and optimize the management of mineral water production.
