The government adopted important changes to regulations in the field of chemical products, allowing enterprises more time to transition to new standards.
Today, a resolution was approved to amend the Technical Regulation on the classification of hazards, labeling, and packaging of chemical products (CLP) and the Technical Regulation on the safety of chemical products (REACH).
The updates are aimed at aligning Ukrainian procedures with European standards and providing enterprises with additional time to adapt to new requirements under martial law and limited resources.
The deadline for the previous state registration of chemical substances has also been extended by one year.
The changes in the regulation of chemical products approved by the government are aimed at harmonizing with European standards and supporting enterprises during the transitional period under difficult conditions.
