Ukraine's Ministry of Defense Initiates Experimental Project
The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has initiated a pilot project designed to expedite the delivery of new weaponry, software, and technological solutions from the development stage directly to combat use. This initiative, announced by the Ministry of Defense, introduces a streamlined procurement process for innovative military products. This move is part of a broader effort to modernize Ukraine's defense capabilities in response to the ongoing conflict.
Under the new framework, the Ministry of Defense is now authorized to procure cutting-edge technologies with significantly reduced bureaucratic hurdles. Consequently, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to conduct battlefield testing of new equipment, which will in turn allow for the faster integration of effective solutions into the military. Solutions that prove their effectiveness in combat are expected to receive state contracts for wider deployment.

Mykhailo Fedorov, one of the project's initiators, stated:
