The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted Resolution No. 1115, which regulates the use of funds for defense sector enterprises through a special budget program. This information can be found on the Government Portal.
The order sets strict criteria for recipients of budget funds. The business entity must have a deficit-free financial plan for the current year, conduct unprofitable activities for the last two years, and have no overdue debt on bank loans. Licensing and special permits for activities related to state secrets are also mandatory.
The main areas of using the program's funds include performing research and development work, manufacturing and implementing special means and technologies, capital construction and reconstruction of defense facilities, as well as eliminating the consequences of combat actions and restoring production activities.
The purpose of the new order is to support and promote the development of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex in the context of the military conflict.
