Today, December 17, the government approved the rules for compensation for persons with disabilities who convert their cars. Under the new rules, compensation of up to 50,000 hryvnias can be obtained for car conversion.
Persons with disabilities can apply for compensation within three months after registering the conversion. Applications can be submitted through the FSZOI in paper or electronic form. Compensation can be obtained once every 7 years or in case of loss of the car due to combat actions.
The decision on the appointment of compensation will be made by the FSZOI after checking all documents. This is important support for persons with disabilities who need to convert their cars for their mobility.
