The government of Ukraine has adopted a new procedure for financial support for servicemen who have received the highest military award - the "Cross of Military Merit".
Amount of Payment
According to the adopted decision, the amount of the monthly cash payment is 1.5 times the minimum wage, which amounts to 12,000 UAH per month.
Procedure for Assignment and Payments
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 3, 2025, No. 1568, the procedure for the assignment and payments for servicemen awarded the "Cross of Military Merit" has been clarified.
"The Cross of Military Merit" is a distinguished military award awarded for exceptional personal bravery, courage, and outstanding achievements in the command of troops."
