Today, the special event 'Ukraine's Resilience: Fighting Corruption for Post-War Recovery' has begun as part of the 11th Session of the Conference of States Parties to the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC).
The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) invites everyone to join this event online, which will take place on December 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM Kyiv time via the ZOOM platform.
“The event is dedicated to the role of anti-corruption institutions and international cooperation in ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in Ukraine's post-war recovery.”
Among the speakers of the event will be:
- Viktor Pavlushchyk, Head of NAZK;
- Elizabeth Andersen, Executive Director of the Basel Institute on Governance;
- Tetyana Khutor, Head of the Analytical Center 'Institute of Legislative Ideas';
- Julia Fromholtz, Head of the OECD Anti-Corruption Division;
- Gavin Heyman, Executive Director of the 'Open Contracting Partnership'.
“By order of the President of Ukraine, the Ukrainian delegation at this year's conference is headed by the Head of NAZK Viktor Pavlushchyk.”
The delegation also includes representatives of key anti-corruption and diplomatic institutions such as NABU, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the High Anti-Corruption Court, the Asset Recovery and Management Agency - ARMA, and others.
The event is organized by NAZK in collaboration with the Basel Institute on Governance, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime UNODC Programme Office in Ukraine, and the Institute of Legislative Ideas.
