The Army+ service has launched a survey about the quality of medical services in military hospitals. Participants will be able to share their experiences of treatment and rehabilitation in military and civilian medical institutions. The purpose of the survey is to collect feedback to improve medical services, covering aspects of accessibility and conditions in hospitals, communication with medical staff, and the quality of service delivery.
"The survey has been developed in collaboration with healthcare professionals from the military department. We hope to obtain an objective picture of the operation of military hospitals across Ukraine," the organizers said.
Participation in the survey is possible for all servicemen who have used the services of military or civilian hospitals. The questionnaire can be found in the Army+ app in the 'Surveys' section. The results of the survey will be analyzed and used to improve medical service delivery for military personnel.
