On the night of July 3, a genuine explosion wave occurred in Khartsyzsk, which is under occupation in the Donetsk region. According to 'Glavkom', a munitions depot may have been attacked, resulting in strong explosions and fires.

Reports on social media suggest that there were several strikes on the munitions depot in Khartsyzsk.

Earlier, Ukrainian forces struck a Russian military-industrial complex facility, specifically the Izhevsk Electromechanical Plant 'Kupol'. The operation was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine alongside other defense sector structures. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, this facility was targeted to reduce Russia’s air defense capabilities, as it specialized in the production of anti-aircraft missile systems.

Last night, July 1, explosions were also reported in occupied Donetsk, and Lugansk was attacked by drones. Russia is attempting to ramp up its combat aviation production for both medium and long-term prospects. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Russian economy is in a state of stagnation, with deep crisis processes in key sectors.
