Temporary spokesman of the Kyiv Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, Oleg Baidalyuk, stated that there is no 'busification' in Ukraine, and mobilization measures are carried out in accordance with the existing legislation. He explained that people are attracted to mobilization only in cases when they resist or refuse to comply with the law.

Oleg Baidalyuk noted that the law on mobilization was adopted due to the threat from the enemy, who started killing Ukrainians. He emphasized the importance of all citizens of the country adhering to this law. The spokesman answered reporters' questions about the 'busification' of Ukrainians, noting that people are brought to mobilization only in cases where the individual opposes this process.

Ukrainian laws regarding mobilization define the procedures by which the country operates in conditions of threat from the enemy. According to the spokesman, mobilization measures are carried out within the framework of the law, and only in cases of citizens refusing to comply with the legislation are they forced into mobilization. The importance of adhering to the rules and laws of the country during this difficult time is emphasized.
