Regulation of production, procurement, and supply of explosives
The government has adopted a resolution to regulate the production, procurement, and supply of explosives and ammunition to meet the needs of the Defense Forces during martial law.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the resolution No. 902 dated July 16, 2025, 'Certain issues of production, procurement, and supply of explosives and ammunition' defines the procedure for these processes and establishes relevant algorithms and mechanisms.

The Main Department of Life Cycle Support of Armaments and Military Equipment of the Ministry of Defense has developed an updated algorithm for the codification of ammunition, taking into account the requirements of the new regulatory document.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that enterprises that already have the status of ammunition producers continue their activities in accordance with established rules to ensure the uninterrupted operation of production processes.
It is important to note that all certificates for the storage of military explosives issued earlier remain valid during the new procedure.
