Ukrainians can expect a decrease in the average salary used for pension calculations. According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, in July 2025, this figure was 20455.65 UAH, which is 8.4% less than in June of the same year.

Other data for the average salary in Ukraine in 2025 is as follows: January – 18660.32 UAH, February – 18589.38 UAH, March – 19430.52 UAH, April – 19856.19 UAH, May – 20355.40 UAH, June – 22336.81 UAH, July – 20455.65 UAH.
Growth of official salaries
Meanwhile, the official salary in Ukraine increased by 17.9% in July 2025 compared to the previous year (17346.90 UAH). Taking into account the inflation rate of 14.1% in July, the real salary grew by 3.3% over the year.
