The register will allow:
- to centrally account for and analyze the network of cultural institutions;
- to provide public access to citizens to relevant information;
- to form policies in the field of culture based on actual transparent data;
- to support planning and modernization of cultural infrastructure in the context of post-war recovery.
The system was developed on the Diya.Engine platform with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and other international partners. The project involves specialists from various organizations, including the Office for Support of Recovery at the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications, UNESCO, and other organizations.
The electronic Register of the Basic Network of Cultural Institutions in Ukraine has been launched, which unites all cultural institutions in the country and will allow for centralized accounting, analysis, and public access to relevant information. It is expected that this initiative will contribute to the planning and development of the cultural sphere in Ukraine.
