The government of Ukraine announced the creation of a Research Center for the Support Forces of the Armed Forces, which will conduct research at various levels. This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko. The aim of the center will be to adapt to modern war conditions, modernize the army, utilize international experience, and update defense strategies.
There is also a Central Research Institute of the Armed Forces operating in Ukraine, established in 1992. This institute conducts scientific research in the field of military science. It is also worth noting that Russia plans to open 15 new higher military educational institutions by 2034, two of which may be opened by the end of the current year.
