On November 19, 2025, VAKS made a decision regarding the assets belonging to the relative of the deputy head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv. The two parking spaces and an apartment of more than 220 sq. m in the residential complex 'Zarichny' in Kyiv were found to be unjustified by the SAP's lawsuit.
The court decided to confiscate two parking spaces worth 3,672,929 UAH, as well as the income from the sale of the apartment - 4,972,751 UAH, which were transferred to the state's income. The court's decision can be appealed within 30 days.
According to the data from the NAPK and additional evidence gathered by the prosecutor, it was established that the relative of the official owned real estate in Kyiv that could not be lawfully acquired.
Moreover, during the monitoring conducted by the NAPK, the sale of real estate at an inflated price was detected, raising doubts about the origin of these assets.
