A large international exhibition of defense technologies, Defense Tech Valley 2025, took place in Lviv, organized by the Brave1 cluster, where Ukrainian and foreign developers presented cutting-edge weapons capable of changing the course of modern warfare. The event, which gathered over five thousand participants from 50 countries, was highlighted by the 'Army TV' channel in its report, showcasing unique developments - from drones with artificial intelligence to the legendary 'Flamingo' missile.

One of the most striking exhibits was the Ukrainian 'Flamingo' missile, which drew attention with its unusual pink color. The technical director of the developing company Fire Point, Iryna Terekh, explained that this is an old corporate joke that later became a symbol.

'What is the worst that can happen if a woman manages a defense company? In principle, nothing terrible, but the missiles may turn pink,' she said with a smile, adding that it was in this color that the missile successfully passed the final tests.

Special attention was paid to unmanned systems with artificial intelligence at the exhibition. Announcements were made about the collaboration between The Fourth Law and Vyriy Drone for the mass production of FPV drones with autonomous capabilities. This technology allows the drone to independently identify and strike targets, even if the operator has lost direct visual contact.

It is worth recalling that in Ukraine, the mass production of new 'Flamingo' missiles, which have a declared range of up to 3000 kilometers, was announced. These missiles, produced by the defense company 'Fire Point', have a warhead of one ton, significantly exceeding the 450 kg of American Tomahawk missiles.

It should be added that manufacturers face the ambitious task of significantly increasing missile production. Currently, Fire Point manufactures one missile a day, but plans to increase this figure to seven units per day by December to enhance the country’s defense capability.
