Fuel prices in Ukraine may remain stable, but we are expected to see competitive battles among gas station networks, which could lead to price reductions. Experts predict that the cost of gasoline and diesel may remain unchanged in the coming weeks, but those networks that begin to lose positions may start a price war as early as September. Unfortunately, prices for liquefied gas may rise.

The global oil market is showing a trend of falling prices due to an expected decrease in demand in the U.S. after the end of the summer consumption season. OPEC is also planning to increase oil production, which could lead to an oversupply. As of August 29, prices for Brent and WTI oil have already decreased. Buyers are also concerned about foreign political risks related to increased tariffs on imports.

In the domestic market, wholesale prices for diesel fuel fell to 45.84 UAH/l, while gasoline prices remained almost unchanged. This price reduction in the market is caused by the activity of regional networks such as SVR, Lotus, Factor, and 'SAN'.

It is forecasted that in September, we will see increased competition among networks, which may lead to lower fuel prices. If this happens, prices could drop to 2 UAH/l. The liquefied gas market, despite supply disruptions, is gradually recovering, but increased demand is expected to raise prices at gas stations.

Ukrainian experts predict stable prices for gasoline and diesel, but expect active competition among gas station networks. This may lead to lower fuel prices as early as September. The oil market indicates depreciation due to increased production and decreased demand, but increased demand for liquefied gas may raise prices at gas stations.
