Verdict of the Supreme Court of Cassation
The Supreme Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court upheld the verdict regarding the individual who disseminated a video recording of the location of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The court confirmed the criminal responsibility of the accused under part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
It is known that the accused posted the video on a YouTube channel with 12,700 subscribers, as well as on TikTok. The Military Law Enforcement Service is a special law enforcement formation within the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The court noted that information about the location of the department should not be made publicly available.
