They noted a similar incident recently occurred in the city of Slavutych, Kyiv region, where an explosion happened in a fifth-floor apartment. In Slavutych, a passerby who heard a loud sound alerted the police.
The DSNS once again urges citizens to strictly adhere to safety rules when using gas appliances: 'Take care of yourself and your loved ones!'
