The blast injured seven officers from the Patrol Police Department who had arrived for a shift change and parked their service vehicles at the location. Ivan Vyhivskyi: 'This is no coincidence. The enemy is deliberately trying to kill Ukrainian police officers, who stand daily in defense of the people and the state.'
